Delivery and service fees

Australia Shipping

• For all orders a Standard Delivery with track and trace, a fee of $24.95 applies, regardless of your location in Australia.
• A service fee of 2% of the total cost may be charged in addition to the delivery fee, especially on bulky items.
• Customers in Perth Metro can expect their standard delivery to arrive in 2-5 business days, unless a Same Day delivery order has been placed (please note, additional fees may apply for Same Day deliveries).
• Customers in other Australian states, can expect their delivery to arrive within 7-10 business days
• NT and regional areas can expect their delivery between 5-10 business days – We aim to get the package to you sooner and will notify you by email.
• During busy periods, these delivery timeframes may be delayed by a few days (5-9 business days for Standard Delivery).

Express Delivery

• If Express Delivery is available for your order, it will be offered as a delivery option on the checkout page for $33.50 This is subject to change without prior notification.
• Express delivery will take 1-3 business days to arrive for customers in Metro areas and 2-4 business days for customers in other states,
• Shipping to the NT and regional areas will be charged at $35 and will take approximately 4-5 business days. We aim to get the package to you sooner and will notify you by email.

Delivery to New Zealand

• A flat rate for standard postage to New Zealand in Metro areas only is $28, which includes Track and Trace.
• Delivery can be expected between 4-7 business days.
• Express shipping with Track and Trace is $38.50 in Metro areas only.
• Delivery for express shipping can be expected between 2-5 business days and requires a signature on delivery.

Big & Bulky Delivery

• We offer a ‘Big & Bulky’ (min 10kg) delivery service for items too big or heavy to be delivered by standard post. We’ll let you know on the product page if the item requires this special service, which has a set fee of $85.
• Generally, these items will be delivered within 7-14 business days. If it’s an item being custom made for you (like bridal party attire), it will likely take longer, and we’ll notify you via email.

N:B: All shipping is via Australia post unless notified by iKhaya Fashion Team by email. Each item is custom packaged with iKhaya Fashion’s own boxes.
